08/26 Psalm 119:105-106
Your word is a lamp for my feet and a light for my path. 106 I’ve promised it once, and I’ll promise again: I will obey your wonderful laws.
OBEY
Be doers of the Word and not just hearers. His Word will give us the strength to do as the Lord says but we have to be quick to obey. The longer we wait upon obedience the harder it is to trust the Lord. The World is constantly seeking to obstruct us. When we ignore obedience it becomes harder to obey the Lord. Obey Him now.

Clay Corvin is currently a Bible Teacher and occasional preacher at Bethel Community Baptist Church in New Orleans. He is the retired VP Business and Professor of Admin at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary after completing 38 years as their Business Administrator. He was the pastor at the Brantley Baptist Center for twenty-five years. He is married to Carol Corvin and the father of three children and has three grandchildren.
