AUG. 31 – HEBREWS 13:2

8/31            Hebrews 13:2

2 Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it!

ANGELS

Angels are spirit beings.

They serve God not man.

Always we will be in their presence when they are working.

No indication they have a vacation.

Yes, they are interested in what we are doing.

They do not interact with us.

We do not pray to them; they work only for the God-head.

You won’t know when you see one until maybe later.

Sometimes the Father has them take on a physical form to do His work.

You and I are called to care for one another.

In the process of doing our daily work for the Lord,

We will at times run into angels on mission.

Probably we will never know how often we have met angels.

They will never forget our graciousness in serving them.

The Father will always know every good deed we do.

But that is not part of our being saved.

Jesus is the only way to the Father.

He is Lord.
