08/20 Psalm 112:7
They do not fear bad news; they confidently trust thee to care for them.
FEAR
Fear causes us to act badly and to react negatively to neutral situations. We don’t know the future. We do know Jesus. Trust Jesus. He says that when our hearts are tuned to Him we will not fear. Jesus brings us peace and the ability to live courageously.
08/19 Jeremiah 17:7-8
“But blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made Him their hope and confidence. 8 They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit.
TRUST
Trust in the Lord. He will take care of you. Your life will constantly be moving in a Godward direction. He will equip you to face life with peace and joy. You will know who you are and where you are going. Jesus will squash chaos and destroy dissension. You will stand in the face of oppression and in the day of trials you will win. Jesus is Lord.
08/18 1 John 5:14
And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him.
LOVE
Love is a two way street. Jesus loves us, we love Him and because we love Him we love one another. As we love Jesus changes our hearts and minds so that we can grow in knowing Him. Do what Jesus says and you will become the person that you always wanted to be.

Respect everyone, and love the family of believers. Fear God, and respect the king.
LOVE
Surrender your animosity and anxiety to the Lord. He will cleanse your heart and enable you to love those you are with. Our Lord is so great and we indeed should fear Him for we are so weak and limited and yet the Lord Jesus died for us and was raised from the dead by the power of God and He says that if we have faith in Him He will save us. Fear the Lord and walk humbly through your day. Jesus is Lord.

The king’s heart is like a stream of water directed by the Lord; he guides it wherever he pleases.
PEACE
You can have His peace. Even if your world has fallen apart you can claim His peace for right now. Do not let the world confuse you for Jesus is alive and He is in control.
08/15 Psalm 22:28
For royal power belongs to him. He rules all the nations.
LISTEN
Take your troubles to the Lord and listen to Him as He directs your path. Jesus will give you wisdom, mercy, grace and understanding and He will be quick to call you to account. Darkness is all around us and yet the Lord is totally in control. Trust the Lord in all you ways and He will be faithful in directing your life.
08/14 Philippians 4:6-7
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. 7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
PRAY
The Lord is in control and He calls us to pray. Prayer doesn’t change the Lord it changes us. As we read God’s Word and pray the Bible we discover the Holy Spirit moving us wisdom, helping us understand our sinfulness and guiding us to confess our sin, intercede for others and receive peace and joy. Please learn to pray and do it many times every day.

I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours.
PRAY
The admonition is to pray. We are to talk with the Lord 24/7. When you wake up in the night-pray. As you go on your way-pray. In all things and all situations pray. Then as we talk with the Father, having established a relationship of prayer our belief is established and we will receive what we pray about. Knowing God, we understand belief and our life is living out in surrender to the Father.

“What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.”
POSSIBILITIES
We lead lives of great possibilities. All around us are needy people. They need us. We can meet their need. Pray for the necessary things you will need to minister, and minister. Believe the Lord will empower and use you and He will. The key is to be equipped for the work and then to do the work. Sometimes our equipping is as we minister.
08/11 I Timothy 2:1-2
I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. 2 Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity.
PRAY
Please pray. Please pray for your family, friends, co-workers, leaders, nation and anyone else for whom the Lord guides you to pray. Pray for your church. Pray that the lost might be saved. Pray for your daily walk. Pray that the Lord will expand your ministry everyday. Please pray.
