MARCH 13 – DAILY

3/13            Luke 12:15-20

Then he said, “Beware! Don’t be greedy for what you don’t have. Real life is not measured by how much we own.” 16 And he gave an illustration: “A rich man had a fertile farm that produced fine crops. 17 In fact, his barns were full to overflowing. 18 So he said, ‘I know! I’ll tear down my barns and build bigger ones. Then I’ll have room enough to store everything. 19 And I’ll sit back and say to myself, My friend, you have enough stored away for years to come. Now take it easy! Eat, drink, and be merry!'” 20 “But God said to him, ‘You fool! You will die this very night. Then who will get it all?'”

DAILY

Live your life every day and daily pickup your cross and follow Him. We have His promise that whatever happens He, Jesus, will never leave us nor ever forsake up.

MARCH 12 – THINK

3/12            Luke 12:13-14

Then someone called from the crowd, “Teacher, please tell my brother to divide our father’s estate with me.” 14 Jesus replied, “Friend, who made me a judge over you to decide such things as that?”

THINK
Think about what you are doing. Spend time with Jesus. He will direct your daily path. Let Him know what you are thinking. He already knows but it is important that you know and that you are aware of what you are doing.

MARCH 11 – TRUST

3/11            Luke 12:11-12

“And when you are brought to trial in the synagogues and before rulers and authorities, don’t worry about what to say in your defense, 12 for the Holy Spirit will teach you what needs to be said even as you are standing there.”

TRUST

Trust Jesus. He will be with you through every trial and tribulation. He will not forsake you and He will stand with you in your hour of need. Jesus is Lord and He wants to be involved in your life.

MARCH 10 – YOU

3/10            Luke 12:8-10

“And I assure you of this: If anyone acknowledges me publicly here on earth, I, the Son of Man, will openly acknowledge that person in the presence of God’s angels. 9 But if anyone denies me here on earth, I will deny that person before God’s angels. 10 Yet those who speak against the Son of Man may be forgiven, but anyone who speaks blasphemies against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven.”

YOU

You are responsible. You are responsible for the way you live your life. You are responsible for accepting Jesus as Lord. You are responsible for living your life by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus is Lord. You and I are servants of the Lord High God. You are responsible.

MARCH 9 – VALUE

3/9              Luke 12:6-7
“What is the price of five sparrows? A couple of pennies? Yet God does not forget a single one of them. 7 And the very hairs on your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are more valuable to him than a whole flock of sparrows.”

VALUE
You have value and worth. Jesus loves you. If things look bleak, hang in there, talk with the Lord, trust Him and it will work out. Jesus loves you.

MARCH 8 – LIFE

3/8              Luke 12:4-5

“Dear friends, don’t be afraid of those who want to kill you. They can only kill the body; they cannot do any more to you. 5 But I’ll tell you whom to fear. Fear God, who has the power to kill people and then throw them into hell.”

LIFE

Your life is hidden in Christ with the Father. Jesus has a hold on you. He is Lord. He is Lord of all.

MARCH 7 – SECRETS

3/7              Luke 12:1-3

Meanwhile, the crowds grew until thousands were milling about and crushing each other. Jesus turned first to his disciples and warned them, “Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees — beware of their hypocrisy. 2 The time is coming when everything will be revealed; all that is secret will be made public. 3 Whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have whispered behind closed doors will be shouted from the housetops for all to hear!”

SECRETS

You can’t keep secrets from Jesus. He knows. He sees. He is here. Bring your confessions up to date. Keep short accounts with the Lord. Talk with Him.

MARCH 6 – HATE

3/6              Luke 11:53-54

As Jesus finished speaking, the Pharisees and teachers of religious law were furious. From that time on they grilled him with many hostile questions, 54 trying to trap him into saying something they could use against him.

HATE

Hate blinds us. Don’t let hate overcome you. It will make you foolish and sometimes will lead us into evil. Jesus said for us to love one another.

MARCH 5 – WE

3/5              Luke 11:50-52

“And you of this generation will be held responsible for the murder of all God’s prophets from the creation of the world — 51 from the murder of Abel to the murder of Zechariah, who was killed between the altar and the sanctuary. Yes, it will surely be charged against you.” 52 “How terrible it will be for you experts in religious law! For you hide the key to knowledge from the people. You don’t enter the Kingdom yourselves, and you prevent others from entering.”

WE

We name the name of Jesus as our Lord and Savior. If we don’t share what wondrous riches and grace that the Father has bestowed upon us in Jesus we will of all people be most remiss. Tell about what the Lord is doing in your life.

March 4 – KILL

3/4 Luke 11:47-49
How terrible it will be for you! For you build tombs for the very prophets your ancestors killed long ago. 48 Murderers! You agree with your ancestors that what they did was right. You would have done the same yourselves. 49 This is what God in his wisdom said about you: ‘I will send prophets and apostles to them, and they will kill some and persecute the others.'”
KILL
The religious wanted to kill anyone that disagreed with them. They wanted to kill Jesus. They didn’t believe HE was creator and Lord and yet God proved that in so many ways including healing the sick and raising the dead, making the blind see and speaking with a Word of authority. You can’t fix stupid.
