9/30 Philippians 1:7-11
8 God knows how much I love you and long for you with the tender compassion of Christ Jesus. 9 I pray that your love for each other will overflow more and more, and that you will keep on growing in your knowledge and understanding. 10 For I want you to understand what really matters, so that you may live pure and blameless lives until Christ returns. 11 May you always be filled with the fruit of your salvation — those good things that are produced in your life by Jesus Christ — for this will bring much glory and praise to God.
LIVE
We are to live so that others will hear Jesus from us and see Jesus in us. If I am not different than the world I need to examine my life. What would the Lord have me to be?

9/29 Philippians 1:6-
6 And I am sure that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on that day when Christ Jesus comes back again. 7 It is right that I should feel as I do about all of you, for you have a very special place in my heart. We have shared together the blessings of God, both when I was in prison and when I was out, defending the truth and telling others the Good News.
TELL
We tell others every day about Jesus. Our message is positive and affirmative if we live possessed by the Lord Jesus Christ. It is negative if we cower and resist His control. Sharing the Good News is simple letting others know who we belong to-Jesus, and what He has done for us. The Lord is alive and I want everyone to know that He directs my life. I consult Him about everything in my life. Jesus lives in me.
9/28 Philippians 1:1-5
1 This letter is from Paul and Timothy, slaves of Christ Jesus. It is written to all of God’s people in Philippi, who believe in Christ Jesus, and to the elders and deacons. 2 May God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace. 3 Every time I think of you, I give thanks to my God. 4 I always pray for you, and I make my requests with a heart full of joy 5 because you have been my partners in spreading the Good News about Christ from the time you first heard it until now.
PARTNERS
We are partners together in the spread of the Gospel. We do not all do the same thing, we aren’t all gifted the same way but we live and share the same Gospel-Jesus Christ is alive and we belong to Him. Nothing can come between us and the Lord, nothing.
9/27 Psalm 134
1 A song for the ascent to Jerusalem. Oh, bless the LORD, all you servants of the LORD, you who serve as night watchmen in the house of the LORD. 2 Lift your hands in holiness, and bless the LORD. 3 May the LORD, who made heaven and earth, bless you from Jerusalem.
MEDITATE
We need times when we are alone with the Lord. We can think about Him, His wonderful greatness, His amazing love for us, bless the Lord O my soul and all that is within me bless the Lord.
9/26 Psalm 133
1 A song for the ascent to Jerusalem. A psalm of David. How wonderful it is, how pleasant, when brothers live together in harmony! 2 For harmony is as precious as the fragrant anointing oil that was poured over Aaron’s head, that ran down his beard and onto the border of his robe. 3 Harmony is as refreshing as the dew from Mount Hermon that falls on the mountains of Zion. And the LORD has pronounced his blessing, even life forevermore.
LOVE
We are to love one another. Harmony is our goal. Peace reigns, God’s peace. That is what we want to promote in our life. Love one another as the Lord Jesus loves you.
9/25 Psalm 132:8-18
Arise, O LORD, and enter your sanctuary, along with the Ark, the symbol of your power. 9 Your priests will be agents of salvation; may your loyal servants sing for joy. 10 For the sake of your servant David, do not reject the king you chose for your people. 11 The LORD swore to David a promise he will never take back: “I will place one of your descendants on your throne. 12 If your descendants obey the terms of my covenant and follow the decrees that I teach them, then your royal line will never end.” 13 For the LORD has chosen Jerusalem ; he has desired it as his home. 14 “This is my home where I will live forever,” he said. “I will live here, for this is the place I desired. 15 I will make this city prosperous and satisfy its poor with food. 16 I will make its priests the agents of salvation; its godly people will sing for joy. 17 Here I will increase the power of David; my anointed one will be a light for my people. 18 I will clothe his enemies with shame, but he will be a glorious king.”
LORD
We surrender our life to the Lord Jesus and begin to live day by day. We do not see all of the things that happened and are happening in the spirit world. Jesus is life. He has conquered death and provides the same power and strength that Christ displayed on our behalf as He paid the price for our sin. Live with joy. Know that the Lord is good and everything He does to you is for your good.
9/24 Psalm 132:1-7
1 A song for the ascent to Jerusalem. LORD, remember David and all that he suffered. 2 He took an oath before the LORD. He vowed to the Mighty One of Israel, 3 “I will not go home; I will not let myself rest. 4 I will not let my eyes sleep nor close my eyelids in slumber 5 until I find a place to build a house for the LORD, a sanctuary for the Mighty One of Israel.” 6 We heard that the Ark was in Ephrathah; then we found it in the distant countryside of Jaar. 7 Let us go to the dwelling place of the LORD; let us bow low before him.
REMEMBER
The Lord saves you and in that act of salvation grafts you into His family. Jesus will never let you go. He will not abandon you; Christ will not let you go. Remember that eternal life is part of the results of being in God’s family.
9/23 Psalm 131
1 A song for the ascent to Jerusalem. A psalm of David. LORD, my heart is not proud; my eyes are not haughty. I don’t concern myself with matters too great or awesome for me. 2 But I have stilled and quieted myself, just as a small child is quiet with its mother. Yes, like a small child is my soul within me. 3 O Israel, put your hope in the LORD — now and always.
HOPE
Hope in the Lord, not as wishful thinking but as a determined confidence that the Lord will see you through your troubles. Know the Lord. Surrender to the Lord and recognize the wondrous gift of life that He has given you. Be strong in him.
9/22 Psalm 130
1 A song for the ascent to Jerusalem. From the depths of despair, O LORD, I call for your help. 2 Hear my cry, O Lord. Pay attention to my prayer. 3 LORD, if you kept a record of our sins, who, O Lord, could ever survive? 4 But you offer forgiveness, that we might learn to fear you. 5 I am counting on the LORD; yes, I am counting on him. I have put my hope in his word. 6 I long for the Lord more than sentries long for the dawn, yes, more than sentries long for the dawn. 7 O Israel, hope in the LORD; for with the LORD there is unfailing love and an overflowing supply of salvation. 8 He himself will free Israel from every kind of sin.
FREEDOM
Ask the Lord and He will free you. Jesus will cleanse your heart and mind. He will not let you suffer. He will give you victory. Bend you knee to Jesus and He will help you walk the path to recovery. Jesus is Lord.
9/21 Psalm 129
1 A song for the ascent to Jerusalem. From my earliest youth my enemies have persecuted me — let Israel now say — 2 from my earliest youth my enemies have persecuted me, but they have never been able to finish me off. 3 My back is covered with cuts, as if a farmer had plowed long furrows. 4 But the LORD is good; he has cut the cords used by the ungodly to bind me. 5 May all who hate Jerusalem be turned back in shameful defeat. 6 May they be as useless as grass on a rooftop, turning yellow when only half grown, 7 ignored by the harvester, despised by the binder. 8 And may those who pass by refuse to give them this blessing: “The LORD’s blessings be upon you; we bless you in the LORD’s name.”
BLESSING
This Psalm is a wonderful blessing to each one of us. It comes from our Father who loves us totally. Let Him have control of your heart. Give yourself to Jesus. He is worthy of all of our attention.
