7/01            Nehemiah 9:6

6 “You alone are the Lord. You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars. You made the earth and the seas and everything in them. You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you.

ONLY

Only One God and He is our God, the Lord.

He made the skies and the heavens and all the stars. 

There are more stars than grains of sand on every seashore on Earth.

He made the Earth and the seas and everything in them.

The Lord preserves them all.  

The angels of heaven worship Him.

He is worthy of all of our worship and devotion. 

He is the Lord and there is not other. 

6/30            1 Thessalonians 5:5

5 For you are all children of the light and of the day; we don’t belong to darkness and night.

SAVED

We are saved by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. 

HE is the light.

We walk in His light and never in darkness.  

Push back the darkness-serve the Lord with gladness.  

Jesus is our light for living.  

6/29            Psalm 36:9

9 For you are the fountain of life, the light by which we see.

JESUS

Jesus is our resource for life.

He is the life-giving fountain for living.  

Jesus is the light.

He guides us in the darkness.  

Surrender yourself to Jesus. 

He will guide you in joyous living and fill you with His peace.

6/28            Ephesians 6:18

18 Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.

PRAY

Pray-filled with the Holy Spirit.

Pray at all times.

Always be filled with the Holy Spirit when you pray.

HE will guide you in the way you should pray.

He will guide you in your life.

Be persistent in prayer.

Pray for all believers everywhere.

Push back the darkness-Pray.

6/27            Ephesians 5:8

8 For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light!

PUSH

Push back the darkness.

Share the good news, Jesus died for you and was raised on the third day.

He is seated at the right hand of the Father interceding for you this moment.

Push back the darkness.

Study God’s Word-write it on your heart.

Be active – become more like Jesus. 

Push back the darkness.  

Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.  

He is Lord.

Push back the darkness.  

6/26            Matthew 6:10

10 May your Kingdom come soon. May your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.

COME

Come Lord Jesus.

Your will be done on earth.

One day every knee will bend and every person will confess Jesus is Lord.

Come Lord Jesus. 

6/25            Deuteronomy 4:39

39 “So remember this and keep it firmly in mind: The LORD is God both in heaven and on earth, and there is no other.

IDOLS

Set aside your idols.  

There is only one God in heaven and on earth.

He is a good God and He loves you.

There is no other God. 

6/24            1 Samuel 2:2

2 No one is holy like the LORD! There is no one besides you; there is no Rock like our God.

UNLIKE

We are unlike God.

We are sinners.

When we are His children, we are sinners saved by grace.

All of our holiness comes from Jesus. 

He is Lord.  

6/23            Psalm 103:19

19 The LORD has made the heavens his throne; from there he rules over everything.

GOD

God is in charge.

We don’t have to acknowledge it or believe it.

He is still in charge.

Surrender your life to Jesus.

He will give you the guidance you need each day.  

6/22            Isaiah 41:10

10 Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.

JOY

He calls us to live. 

He equips us to survive in joy and peace.

Don’t let today’s chaos get you down.

When things don’t work out the way you thought, trust Him. 

They will work out. 

God is for us, who can be against us?
