05/12                  Isaiah 2:1-2
This is a vision that Isaiah son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem:
2 In the last days, the mountain of the Lord’s house
    will be the highest of all—
    the most important place on earth.
It will be raised above the other hills,
    and people from all over the world will stream there to worship.

FUTURE

The Lord reveals the future to us.

From 2,800 years ago.

Now Israel is a nation again, as God said. 

One day the world will make it’s way to the mountain of God.

God loves Jerusalem. 

05/11                  Isaiah 24:14

14 But all who are left shout and sing for joy.
    Those in the west praise the Lord’s majesty.

PRAISE

Praise God for He is worthy of all praise. 

Praise Him with a loud shout and joyful singing.

Praise God peoples of the west.

Praise God for His majesty and glory.

Praise God, hallelujah. 

05/10                  Psalm 21:5

5 Your victory brings him great honor,
    and you have clothed him with splendor and majesty.

CREDIT

David does not take credit for this honor.

Rather, the glory of the king is great through the Lord’s salvation.

In fulfillment of the promise in the covenant He made with David,

the Lord gave David rest from all his enemies. 

05/09                  Job 37:22

22 So also, golden splendor comes from the mountain of God.
    He is clothed in dazzling splendor.

DAZZLING

The splendor of God is dazzling.

It would overpower our sensory system.

He is more splendid and beautiful than we can look at. 

Paul was blinded by the splendor of God on the road to Damascus.

Our Lord is transcendent, magnificent, and stunning.   

05/08                  Psalm 29:4

4 The voice of the Lord is powerful;
    the voice of the Lord is majestic.

ANYWHERE

God can speak anywhere.

He can speak as loudly or as softly as He chooses. 

He can speak across the Universe to all of us or one of us.

When God speaks His voice is perfect, majestic, and personal. 

Listen to the Lord.

He will speak to you. 

05/07                  Psalm 96:6

6 Honor and majesty surround him;
    strength and beauty fill his sanctuary.

PERFECT

God is perfect.

His glory is beyond our thinking. 

It is overwhelming, mind boggling. 

Yet He loves us.

You and me. 

God is love. 

05/06                  Jude 1:25

25 All glory to him who alone is God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord. All glory, majesty, power, and authority are his before all time, and in the present, and beyond all time! Amen.

FOREVER

Jesus is the only way to the Father. 

Jesus offers salvation as a free gift from God. 

He is the Creator, Sustainer, and is at the right hand of God. 

Jesus is forever-He was not created, He is the Creator. 

Jesus is God’s everything. 

05/05                  Hebrews 1:3

3 The Son radiates God’s own glory and expresses the very character of God, and he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command. When he had cleansed us from our sins, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven.

ONE

Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

The Holy Spirit is the presence of God in us. 

God the Father resides in heaven.

Yet all three are ONE. 

That is a mystery, that we cannot comprehend. 

Three in One, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. 

When we see Jesus we have seen the Father.

05/04                  Psalm 145:5  

5 I will meditate on your majestic, glorious splendor
    and your wonderful miracles.

ALMIGHTY

Father, You are Almighty God and I praise You.

You are God all by Yourself.

Perfect in every way.

King of the Universe.

Glorious and majestic, Lord You are our everything. 

05/03                  Psalm 93:1  

1 The Lord is king! He is robed in majesty.
    Indeed, the Lord is robed in majesty and armed with strength.
The world stands firm
    and cannot be shaken.

CONTROLS

God controls all things.

He controls the Earth.

He controls the heavens.

He controls everything that doesn’t have free will.

If we ask Him, He will control us. 

Praise the Lord for His blessed care for each of us.
