NOVEMBER 14 – LIFE

11/14 Psalm 18:22-26
For all his laws are constantly before me; I have never abandoned his principles. I am blameless before God; I have kept myself from sin. The LORD rewarded me for doing right, because of the innocence of my hands in his sight. To the faithful you show yourself faithful; to those with integrity you show integrity. To the pure you show yourself pure, but to the wicked you show yourself hostile.
LIFE
Life is action. I live my life and the actions that I take will be parallel with the life I choose to live in Christ. If I grow in Christ I will respond to evil with the power to stand in the hour of testing. Life is what I make it by the power of the living Lord. Jesus is able to complete me. Jesus is willing to use me right now if I will let Him.

NOVEMBER 13 – CHOICE

11/13 Psalm 18:20-21
The LORD rewarded me for doing right; he compensated me because of my innocence. For I have kept the ways of the LORD; I have not turned from my God to follow evil.
CHOICE
We chose Him and willingly surrendered our life to Him. Jesus cleanses us from unrighteousness and saved us unto eternity. Now each day, each moment we choose to follow Him. We can be what He created us to be or we can live a life of childish ignorance. What would that be? Failing to spend time with Him. Letting our intentions to be simply that and never mature into actions. We choose to grow and follow. We choose to be what the Lord created us to be. Or by failing to discipline our life we choose to fall by the wayside and lead a life of quiet desperation, failing to trust Jesus and never accomplishing what He created us to accomplish. Choice is our responsibility.

NOVEMBER 12 – SAFE

11/12 Psalm 18:18-19
They attacked me at a moment when I was weakest, but the LORD upheld me. He led me to a place of safety; he rescued me because he delights in me.
SAFE
I am safe in Christ. The Lord is ahead of me, He knows everything about me and still watches over me because I belong to Him. Every thought that the Lord has towards me is a thought for good because He delights in my life. I am safe in Christ and the Lord is my stronghold.

NOVEMBER 11 – DELIVERED

11/11 Psalm 18:16-17
He reached down from heaven and rescued me; he drew me out of deep waters. He delivered me from my powerful enemies, from those who hated me and were too strong for me.
DELIVERED
Our God seeks a relationship with us. In Christ we can know Him and commune with Him. Every day the Lord rescues us. He delivered us from the hand of the evil one and we are safe in Christ. The Lord holds us in the palm of His hand and nothing can take us away from Him.

NOVEMBER 10 – LORD

11/10 Psalm 18:7-15
Then the earth quaked and trembled; the foundations of the mountains shook; they quaked because of his anger. Smoke poured from his nostrils; fierce flames leaped from his mouth; glowing coals flamed forth from him. He opened the heavens and came down; dark storm clouds were beneath his feet. Mounted on a mighty angel, he flew, soaring on the wings of the wind. He shrouded himself in darkness, veiling his approach with dense rain clouds. The brilliance of his presence broke through the clouds, raining down hail and burning coals. The LORD thundered from heaven; the Most High gave a mighty shout. He shot his arrows and scattered his enemies; his lightning flashed, and they were greatly confused. Then at your command, O LORD, at the blast of your breath, the bottom of the sea could be seen, and the foundations of the earth were laid bare.
LORD
Our Lord is a wonderful loving God. He created all things and is in control of all things. The Lord seeks to communicate with us so that we can have some type of understanding of Him. He is powerful and mighty. Nothing can compare to Him. He is over all things and everything is in submission to Him. Our God is indeed Lord of all.

NOVEMBER 9 – HEARS

11/09 Psalm 18:3-6
I will call on the LORD, who is worthy of praise, for he saves me from my enemies. The ropes of death surrounded me; the floods of destruction swept over me. The grave wrapped its ropes around me; death itself stared me in the face. But in my distress I cried out to the LORD; yes, I prayed to my God for help. He heard me from his sanctuary; my cry reached his ears.
HEARS
The Lord God hears me as I speak to Him. Jesus has brought me into His family and Father, Son and Holy Spirit know me. They are concerned about every aspect of my life. In distress I cry out and He hears me. In joy I express myself to Him and He rejoices with me. The Lord loves each one of us and is intimately involved in every second of our life. One day we will stand face to face with Jesus and He will beckon us to come and join Him in eternity. The Lord hears us and responds to us whatever our need.

NOVEMBER 8 – EVERYTHING

11/08 Psalm 18:2
The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the strength of my salvation, and my stronghold.
EVERYTHING
Everything I need for daily life, for nurture, protection, peace, joy and strength I have in Jesus Christ. Jesus is God’s everything. Jesus is with me. He goes ahead of me. I am complete in Christ.

NOVEMBER 7 – STRENGTH

11/07 Psalm 18:1
For the choir director: A psalm of David, the servant of the LORD. He sang this song to the LORD on the day the LORD rescued him from all his enemies and from Saul. I love you, LORD; you are my strength.
STRENGTH
When you are feeling low and life is overwhelming cry out to the Lord. He will hear you and give you strength to face the day or the situation you find yourself in. His strength will give you a confidence that will encourage you as the Lord rescues you.

NOVEMBER 6 – RESCUED

11/06 I Thessalonians 1:7-10
As a result, you yourselves became an example to all the Christians in Greece. And now the word of the Lord is ringing out from you to people everywhere, even beyond Greece, for wherever we go we find people telling us about your faith in God. We don’t need to tell them about it, for they themselves keep talking about the wonderful welcome you gave us and how you turned away from idols to serve the true and living God. And they speak of how you are looking forward to the coming of God’s Son from heaven — Jesus, whom God raised from the dead. He is the one who has rescued us from the terrors of the coming judgment.
RESCUED
Yes, we are rescued from an eternal separation from the Lord. We are members of His household, forgiven, sanctified, and soon one day glorified. We will be with Him in eternity. Whatever happens today, tomorrow will come and we can have hope in HIM, the Lord Jesus Christ for He occupies our future and reaches to our present. When we cry out for help our help is at hand. Trust in the Lord and He will save you and make you a part of His family.

NOVEMBER 5 – TRUST

11/05 I Thessalonians 1:6
So you received the message with joy from the Holy Spirit in spite of the severe suffering it brought you. In this way, you imitated both us and the Lord.
TRUST
Life moves at a fast pace sometimes passing us bye. Do not fear for whatever you are facing the Lord knows. When you hear His Word, experience His presence, joy is the result. Rejoice in the Lord always. Rejoice.
