The power of God raised Him from the grave.

He is at the right hand of the Father interceding for us right now.

WHAT

We act like we don’t understand.

The Word of God simply says – FEAR OF THE LORD TEACHES WISDOM.

WHY IS THIS HARD FOR US?

Do you really think you can even think about God without HIS input?

He calls us.  We live in Him.  His love is real.

Why is this hard?

We cannot understand God, comprehend God or follow God and

Yet He makes a way for any of us that would bend the knee to Him.

Jesus is the answer to every question.

Jesus is the way of life.

He offers us the free gift of life in God’s family.

Fear of the Lord teaches wisdom.

OCT. 19 – MT. 6:2

10/19          Matthew 6:2

2 When you give to someone in need, don’t do as the hypocrites do—blowing trumpets in the synagogues and streets to call attention to their acts of charity! I tell you the truth, they have received all the reward they will ever get.

REWARD

Do your good works out of sight of others.

Seek to do what needs to be done quietly.

Never call attention to your giving.

Cloak your good works.

Obey the Lord.

Walk in humility and He will reward you.

NOW

Now is the time to obey Jesus.

Now is the time to clothe yourself with humility.

Now is when the Lord’s work is done-right now.

WEAK

I am weak.

Jesus is strong.

He gives me His victory, His joyous song.

Soon I will be with Him.

He will care for me from now into eternity.

Jesus the Lord guides me on the right path.

HARD

It is hard to love others.

They are different than we are.

They often criticize and condemn us.

Our lives are chaotic, and we often feel inferior.

Yet the Lord calls us to love others in spite of our feelings.

Obey the Lord.

He knows what is right.
