JULY 15 – 1 JOHN 4:16

7/15            1 John 4:16

16 We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in his love.

God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them.

MORE

God loves us more.

More than we can imagine.

More than we can realize.

God loves us completely and totally.

Love one another, that puts God’s love for you into actions.

Love is a verb.

Love.

JULY 14 – REV. 11:11-12

7/14            Revelation 11:11-12

11 But after three and a half days, God breathed life into them, and they stood up! Terror struck all who were staring at them. 12 Then a loud voice from heaven called to the two prophets, “Come up here!” And they rose to heaven in a cloud as their enemies watched.

END

Jesus is coming back.

Time is winding down.

We don’t know how fast.

We don’t know when it stops.

We do know that now is the time to prepare.

Get ready, Jesus is coming back.

JULY – ISAIAH 24:4-6

7/13            Isaiah 24:4-6

4 The earth mourns and dries up, and the land wastes away and withers.  Even the greatest people on earth waste away.
5 The earth suffers for the sins of its people, for they have twisted God’s instructions, violated his laws, and broken his everlasting covenant.
6 Therefore, a curse consumes the earth.  Its people must pay the price for their sin.  They are destroyed by fire, and only a few are left alive.

ALL

All have sinned.

Jesus paid the price for our sin.

He forgives us and reunites us with the Father and the Holy Spirit.

In Christ is the fullness of God and we go to Jesus for everything.

JULY 12 – ISAIAH 43:20

7/12            Isaiah 43:20

20 Or if people are too poor for that,  they might at least choose wood that won’t decay and a skilled craftsman to carve an image that won’t fall down!

IDOLS

Idols are controlled my mankind.

They do and say what mankind says they say.

The Living God is not controllable-He is Sovereign.

He is in control.

He created everything.

He loves mankind.

He is seeking each one of us-that we might come to Him.

Do not waste your time on idols-they are nothing.

Focus on God-the One true God.

Call upon Him in Jesus Name.

JULY 11 – EZEK. 24:2-3

7/11            Ezekiel 34:2-3

2 “Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds, the leaders of Israel. Give them this message from the Sovereign Lord: What sorrow awaits you shepherds who feed yourselves instead of your flocks. Shouldn’t shepherds feed their sheep?3 You drink the milk, wear the wool, and butcher the best animals, but you let your flocks starve.

RELIGIOUS

God condemns the religious leaders in the Bible.

HE called them to protect His beloved sheep.

Instead, they cheat the sheep, abuse the sheep, and let them die.

There is no love.

No search for the lost.

Tragedy.

JULY 10 – ISAIAH 43:20

7/10            Isaiah 43:20

20 The wild animals in the fields will thank me,
    the jackals and owls, too,
for giving them water in the desert.
Yes, I will make rivers in the dry wasteland
so my chosen people can be refreshed.

CONSTANTLY

GOD is constantly thinking about mankind.

God is constantly thinking about you.

God’s love is perfect, and He is seeking you.

Constantly!!!

JULY 9 – PSALM 33:5

7/09            Psalm 33:5

5 He loves whatever is just and good;
the unfailing love of the Lord fills the earth.

ONLY

Only God can have perfect love.

Only God can love us as imperfect as we are.

Only God would send His Only Son to save us.

Only God whose unfailing love fills the earth.

Only God!

JULY 8 – PS. 104:24-25

7/08            Psalm 104:24-25

24 O Lord, what a variety of things you have made!
In wisdom you have made them all.
The earth is full of your creatures.
25 Here is the ocean, vast and wide,
teeming with life of every kind,
    both large and small.

CREATION

God created.

His creation is complex and in great variety.

Everything works together under His hand.

The more we discover, the more order we find in creation.

Follow the Lord.

He created you.

You are yearning to be close to Him, your creator.

Follow the Lord.

JULY 7 – ROMANS 1:20

7/07            Romans 1:20

20 For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God.

NO EXCUSE

No one has an excuse.

All are guilty.

Only the saving grace of the Lord Jesus Christ pays for our sin.

Turn to Jesus in faith.

Believe in Him and you shall be saved.

JULY 6 – PS. 19:1

7/06            Psalm 19:1

1 The heavens proclaim the glory of God.  The skies display his craftsmanship.

GLORY

God is glorious.

He shows us His glory.

Rejoice in His love.

Rejoice in each breath you take.

We find God’s glory in our gratitude journey.

Thank the Lord God Almighty, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
