JUNE 25 – DEUT. 4:39

6/25            Deuteronomy 4:39

39 “So remember this and keep it firmly in mind: The LORD is God both in heaven and on earth, and there is no other.

IDOLS

Set aside your idols.  

There is only one God in heaven and on earth.

He is a good God and He loves you.

There is no other God. 

JUNE 24 – 1 SAM. 2:2

6/24            1 Samuel 2:2

2 No one is holy like the LORD! There is no one besides you; there is no Rock like our God.

UNLIKE

We are unlike God.

We are sinners.

When we are His children, we are sinners saved by grace.

All of our holiness comes from Jesus. 

He is Lord.  

JUNE 23 – PS. 103:19

6/23            Psalm 103:19

19 The LORD has made the heavens his throne; from there he rules over everything.

GOD

God is in charge.

We don’t have to acknowledge it or believe it.

He is still in charge.

Surrender your life to Jesus.

He will give you the guidance you need each day.  

JUNE 22 – ISA. 41:10

6/22            Isaiah 41:10

10 Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.

JOY

He calls us to live. 

He equips us to survive in joy and peace.

Don’t let today’s chaos get you down.

When things don’t work out the way you thought, trust Him. 

They will work out. 

God is for us, who can be against us?

JUNE 21 – PSALM 23:4

6/21            Psalm 23:4

4 Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me.

WALK

Yes, we can walk safely through life.

No fear, God is here.

No fear, God is close.

A promise without a caveat. 

His love and desire to be with us trumps our foolishness.  

God is love and He pours out His love on us.  

He loves us so much He will discipline us.

When the discipline is done He will comfort us.  

God loves you.  

JUNE 20 – PS. 56:3

6/20            Psalm 56:3

3 But when I am afraid, I will put my trust in you.

AFRAID

Fear creates a response in us. 

We are afraid.

Afraid of a wealthy person.

Afraid of tomorrow.

Afraid, afraid, afraid!

So much is uncertain in life and fear stalks every path.

Jesus calls us to come to Him. 

He will deal with our fear and give us courage.  

Put your trust in Jesus and He will never leave your side.  

JUNE 19 – PS. 34:4

6/19            Psalm 34:4

4 I prayed to the LORD, and he answered me. He freed me from all my fears.

FREES

Life is challenging.

Fear is real. 

The unknown causes a lot of our fear and anxiety.

But the Lord Jesus frees us from our fear and anxiety.

He is with us-His promise is freedom. 

We are living a Christ filled life now.

Claim your freedom by Holy Spirit thru Jesus Christ now.  

JUNE 18 – DEUT. 31:6

6/18            Deuteronomy 31:6

6 So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the LORD your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.”

STAND

Stand tall, do not fall.

All the chaos and trouble will not overwhelm you.

The Lord is with you.

The Holy Spirit gives you strength.

Do not fear, Jesus is with you.

Don’t panic, He will equip you to keep going.  

The Lord will never fail you.  

JUNE 17 – DEUT. 3:22

6/17            Deuteronomy 3:22

22 Do not be afraid of the nations there, for the LORD your God will fight for you.’

HE

He, the Lord God, will fight for you.

He knows your predicament and is with you. 

He controls all things, therefore surrender yourself to the Lord’s control. 

JUNE 16 – MT. 25:35-40

06/16          Matthew 25:35-40

35 For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. 

36 I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’ 

37 “Then these righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink? 

38 Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing? 

39 When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ 

40 “And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’

HANDS AND FEET

We are the hands and feet of Jesus.  

We are called to care for the poor, 

Care for widows and orphans,  

Go and love one another,

In such a way that it impacts

Everyone we meet.  

Jesus is Lord of all that we have and are.
