OCTOBER 23 – EPHESIANS 3:12

10/23          EPHESIANS 3:12

12 Because of Christ and our faith in him, we can now come boldly and confidently into God’s presence

PROMISE

The Lord promises us access.  We can go to Him and know that He hears us, and will respond to us.  He loves our prayers.  He looks forward to spending time with us.  He loves you and me.  Each morning I literally run to be in the presence of the Lord.  Praise God for all of His blessings. 

OCTOBER 22 – 2 TIMOTHY 1:7

7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.

CLAIM

Claim your life from Jesus.  It is waiting on you.  Lord forgive me and come into my heart.  Your journey as a child of God begins.  

OCTOBER 21 – 2 COR. 12:9

10/21          2 CORINTHIANS 12:9

9 Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. 

STRENGTH
Trust Jesus-that is real strength.  Do not go your own way.  Submit yourself under the hand of the Lord and He will direct your path.  Our weakness harnessed under Jesus is our strength.  

OCTOBER 20 – 2 CHRONICLES 32:8

8 He may have a great army, but they are merely men. We have the LORD our God to help us and to fight our battles for us!” Hezekiah’s words greatly encouraged the people.

MIGHTY

Mighty God, loving Father, He is greater than anything and all things.  He is able with a Word to conquer the enemy.  He is able with a word to heal our hurts and pains.  Our God is greater. 

OCTOBER 19 – PSALM 139:13-14

13 You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. 14 Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it

AMAZING

We are amazing.  Each one of us.  No two alike.  All of us under the mighty hand of our wonderful Father God.  Praise His name. 

OCTOBER 18 – HEBREWS 10:35-36

35 So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you! 36 Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised. 

ENDURANCE

We can last.  We can overcome outrageous obstacles if we will live in the moment, deal with what we face, not take council of our fears and keep moving forward.  

OCTOBER 17 – ROMANS 12:12

12 Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying. 

TRUST

Trust in the Lord.  Develop a patient heart.  Pray, pray and pray-all the time.  In all things give thanks and pray.  

OCTOBER 16 – ROMANS 12:2

2 Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.

DON’T

Don’t ever think that what you think is what the Lord God is thinking.  He is perfect.  He is always good.  He never has bad thought towards you.  His will for your life is perfect.  Surrender to Jesus.  Let the Holy Spirit guide you and the Lord will be with you in a new and amazing way.  Jesus is Lord.

Lord I am devoted to You.  Totally.  Completely.  Without reservation.  

OCTOBER 14 – PSALM 102:17

17 He will listen to the prayers of the destitute. He will not reject their pleas.

Yes.  The Lord loves you.  Yes.  He will help you.
