God blesses those who hunger and thirst for justice,

JUSTICE

We seek justice but often overlook our errors.

Change, grow and clean up your own backyard,

Before you begin clamoring for justice.

God is just and He will mete out justice.

JUNE 13 – PS. 42:1-2

06/13          Psalm 42:1-2

1 As the deer longs for streams of water,
so I long for you, O God.
2 I thirst for God, the living God.
When can I go and stand before him?

REALITY

The reality is that everything in us yearns to be with Jesus.

This world and the things of this world are passing away.

Love one another.

Love the Lord.

This is real living.

Love one another.

Be humble.

Seek to grow in Christlikeness.

JUNE 10 – PROV. 1:5

5 Let the wise listen to these proverbs and become even wiser.
Let those with understanding receive guidance

LISTEN

Listen to God.

He speaks through His Word.

He speaks any was He chooses to you but most often through His Word.

Read his Word.

Read the Bible every day.

Write down verses that the Father impresses on your heart.

Remember these verses.

Follow the Lord.

He will tell you how where He wants you to go.

JUNE 9 – LUKE 2:52

06/09          Luke 2:52

52 Jesus grew in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and all the people.

WINSOME

People liked Jesus.

He was obedient to His Father, God,

And he genuinely liked people.

He listened, he cared, he grew.

He had a mission and began that work when God said begin.

But He was always obedient to the Father.

JUNE 8 – 1 SAM. 2:26

06/08          1 Samuel 2:26

26 Meanwhile, the boy Samuel grew taller and grew in favor with the Lord and with the people.

CALLED

The Lord called Samuel.

Samuel answered.

He followed the Lord’s directives.

Samuel was obedient and teachable.

Follow the Lord and grow in humility.

JUNE 7 – EPH. 4:15

06/07          Ephesians 4:15

15 Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church.

TRUTH

Speak truth in love,

Kindly caring for others.

Truth kindly spoken helps you grow and blesses the recipient.

JUNE 6 – COL. 2:6-7

06/06          Colossians 2:6-7

6 And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. 7 Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.

GRATITUDE

Gratitude is the attitude of the Kingdom.

You and I will cultivate the ability to see,

All that the Lord has done for us,

And is doing for us.

Gratitude embodies the mindset of the growing Christian.

Without gratitude, your growth will stop,

And you will struggle until you cultivate the ability to be grateful in all things,

And in all seasons.

The Lord is good and He is good to us in thousands of ways every day.

JUNE 5 – 1 PET. 2:2-3

06/05          1 Peter 2:2-3

2 Like newborn babies, you must crave pure spiritual milk so that you will grow into a full experience of salvation. Cry out for this nourishment, 3 now that you have had a taste of the Lord’s kindness.

SEEK

Seek the Lord while He may be found.

Make this seeking number one on your daily to do list.

Jesus is Lord and you want to know Him,

Be with Him,

Ask Him the way you should go.

He is your guide, He is your interceder.
