11/30 Psalm 28:7
The LORD is my strength, my shield from every danger. I trust in him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.
THANKSGIVING
Holy is the Lord, worthy of all of our gratitude and thanksgiving. He is my strength, my shield, my future, my past; everything that I am and will be gives thanksgiving to the Lord. I want to praise Him with every fiber of my being. The Lord is good and He loves you and me. Praise the Lord from whom all blessings flow. Praise the Lord.
11/29 Hebrews 12:28
Since we are receiving a Kingdom that cannot be destroyed, let us be thankful and please God by worshiping him with holy fear and awe.
THANKFUL
I am thankful to God. The Lord intervened in my life offering me salvation and I accepted. This is the greatest gift I have every received. I am thankful for this gift every day from early in the morning until I go to bed at night. Jesus is Lord.
11/28 1 Thessalonians 5:18
No matter what happens, always be thankful, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.
THANKFUL
I am thankful for my salvation, my family, my friends, my work, the opportunity to travel, the church I co-pastor, the men and women in our community, that I can walk and talk and have sight, and the list goes on and on. I am thankful for this life the Lord has given me and I want to be thankful for every moment until I go home to be with Jesus. Praise the Lord Saints!
11/27 Colossians 3:15-16
And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are all called to live in peace. And always be thankful. Let the words of Christ, in all their richness, live in your hearts and make you wise. Use his words to teach and counsel each other. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts.
THANKFUL
We are to have thankful hearts. Thanksgiving is tomorrow. Let us think of those things we are thankful for right this moment. If you are feeling down then get a piece of paper and write the things you for which you are thankful. Begin with your salvation. You didn’t earn it. It was a free gift. Thank you God for my salvation.
11/26 Luke 10:21-22
Then Jesus was filled with the joy of the Holy Spirit and said, “O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, thank you for hiding the truth from those who think themselves so wise and clever, and for revealing it to the childlike. Yes, Father, it pleased you to do it this way. 22 “My Father has given me authority over everything. No one really knows the Son except the Father, and no one really knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.”
AUTHORITY
Jesus has real authority. He is Lord of all creation. Father Son and Holy Ghost are three in one they know each other and are solidified in their thinking. Jesus reveals them to us. Seek wisdom from Jesus and He will give you all that you need. Seek guidance from Jesus and He will lead you where you should go. Trust in Jesus. He loves you.
11/25 Luke 10:17-20
When the seventy-two disciples returned, they joyfully reported to him, “Lord, even the demons obey us when we use your name!” 18 “Yes,” he told them, “I saw Satan falling from heaven as a flash of lightning! 19 And I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy, and you can walk among snakes and scorpions and crush them. Nothing will injure you. 20 But don’t rejoice just because evil spirits obey you; rejoice because your names are registered as citizens of heaven.”
REGISTERED
We are registered in the Book of Life and are citizens of Heaven. The Lord will not forget us. He sees everything that is happening to us. Jesus will change your life and make you a part of a life giving organization-the family of God. Jesus loves you.
11/24 Luke 10:15-16
And you people of Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? No, you will be brought down to the place of the dead. ” 16 Then he said to the disciples, “Anyone who accepts your message is also accepting me. And anyone who rejects you is rejecting me. And anyone who rejects me is rejecting God who sent me.”
ACCEPT
We are called to accept the Lord and indeed we have accepted the Lord. Jesus will not overlook our needs. Jesus will use us where needs us. Do not fear what the world fears. Jesus is Lord of all things and He will be Lord of your life.
11/23 Luke 10:12-14
The truth is, even wicked Sodom will be better off than such a town on the judgment day. 13 “What horrors await you, Korazin and Bethsaida! For if the miracles I did in you had been done in wicked Tyre and Sidon, their people would have sat in deep repentance long ago, clothed in sackcloth and throwing ashes on their heads to show their remorse. 14 Yes, Tyre and Sidon will be better off on the judgment day than you.
TRAGIC
It is tragic that those that saw Jesus, experienced His miracles and saw Him at work refused Him. We are seeking to follow Him and are looking for His guidance and direction. Do not refuse the Lord. He is seeking your best good. Serve the Lord.
11/22 Luke 10:5-11
“Whenever you enter a home, give it your blessing. 6 If those who live there are worthy, the blessing will stand; if they are not, the blessing will return to you. 7 When you enter a town, don’t move around from home to home. Stay in one place, eating and drinking what they provide you. Don’t hesitate to accept hospitality, because those who work deserve their pay. 8 “If a town welcomes you, eat whatever is set before you 9 and heal the sick. As you heal them, say, ‘The Kingdom of God is near you now.’ 10 But if a town refuses to welcome you, go out into its streets and say, 11 ‘We wipe the dust of your town from our feet as a public announcement of your doom. And don’t forget the Kingdom of God is near!’
ACTION
Jesus calls His disciples to action. He had a job for us. We need to be about His work. We are moving on and if someone derides us we simply move on. Refusal is not a way to stop the spread of the Gospel it simply sends us on to the next person, the next town or the next opportunity. Jesus is Lord.
11/21 Luke 10:3-4
Go now, and remember that I am sending you out as lambs among wolves. 4 Don’t take along any money, or a traveler’s bag, or even an extra pair of sandals. And don’t stop to greet anyone on the road.
TRUST
Trust the Lord. What has He called you to do? Trust Jesus to give you what you need to do the work He has purposed for you. He will never forsake you. He will keep you safe unto eternity. Trust the Lord.
