04/29 2 CORINTHIANS 13:11
Dear brothers and sisters, I close my letter with these last words: Be joyful. Grow to maturity. Encourage each other. Live in harmony and peace. Then the God of love and peace will be with you.
WITH YOU
God is with us and will be with you if you choose to spend time with Him,
Listen to Him,
Obey Him.
Otherwise our sin pushes Him out of our sight.
He isn’t gone, we just don’t listen to him.
Repent.
Listen to the Lord.
He will give you His peace and joy.
04/28 2 THESSALONIANS 3:16
Now may the Lord of peace himself give you his peace at all times and in every situation. The Lord be with you all.
PEACE
It comes from God.
It is His gift to us.
Claim it, in Jesus Christ.
Trust the Lord and believe in Him.
He will give you His peace.
04/27 PSALM 85:8
I listen carefully to what God the Lord is saying, for he speaks peace to his faithful people. But let them not return to their foolish ways.
CHOICE
Our choice is to trust God and follow Him or
Foolishly trust self and go our own way.
Humble yourself.
Trust God.
Follow life. Follow God.
04/26 ROMANS 5:1-2
Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace[a] with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us. 2 Because of our faith, Christ has brought us into this place of undeserved privilege where we now stand, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to sharing God’s glory.
BELIEVE
Believe God.
Believe that He wants to be with you so much,
So much that He sent His Only Son to die for you,
To pay the price of your sin, ransom you,
So that you could believe Him,
Trust Him that He has cleansed you.
Being with Him is His desire for you,
And you are honored and privileged to be in His Presence.
04/25 PSALM 46:10
“Be still, and know that I am God! I will be honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world.”
HONOR
We honor God with our attention.
Be still and know Him.
Seek His presence.
Diligently look for Him.
Then be still.
He is with us.
Praise Him.
Be still and know the Lord God Almighty.

“Submit to God, and you will have peace; then things will go well for you.
ALL
All that we are that is good is from God. Spend time with Him. Read His Word. Grow in Christ. Jesus is Lord.
04/23 ROMANS 8:6
So letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace.
PERMISSION
The Holy Spirit waits for our permission to take control of our life, our heart, guiding us in growing in Christ. The evidence is the fruit in our life. Let the Holy Spirit indwell you and control your mind and heart resulting in a growing Christ like walk.
04/22 GALATIANS 5:22-23
But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!
FRUIT
The call is for each part of the whole. The characteristics link together as a whole. We don’t have a part of the nine characteristics of fruit, we work to be completely whole, each element connecting with the next. If we love, we will have joy, underscored by peace, significant patience, a heart of kindness and goodness, significant faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Fruit is the makeup of the Christian life. Live it.
04/21 COLOSSIANS 3:15
And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are called to live in peace. And always be thankful.
GRATITUDE
Gratitude is the attitude of those who belong to Christ. He paid the price of our sin. He saved us and now, together, all who believe in Jesus are united into God’s family, His children, forever.
04/20 EPHESIANS 2:13-18
13 But now you have been united with Christ Jesus. Once you were far away from God, but now you have been brought near to him through the blood of Christ.
14For Christ himself has brought peace to us. He united Jews and Gentiles into one people when, in his own body on the cross, he broke down the wall of hostility that separated us.15 He did this by ending the system of law with its commandments and regulations. He made peace between Jews and Gentiles by creating in himself one new people from the two groups. 16 Together as one body, Christ reconciled both groups to God by means of his death on the cross, and our hostility toward each other was put to death.
17 He brought this Good News of peace to you Gentiles who were far away from him, and peace to the Jews who were near. 18 Now all of us can come to the Father through the same Holy Spirit because of what Christ has done for us.
