DEC. 14 – PS. 23:6

12/14          Psalm 23:6

6 Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the LORD forever.

PURSUE

We are sinful and weak.

The Lord’s goodness and faithful love 

Is pursuing you all the days of your life.  

Stand before the Lord.

Jesus forgive me,

Bring me into Your house.

DEC. 13 – PHILEMON 1:25

25 May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.

BE

Jesus Christ loves you.

He will be with you.

His grace exactly fits what you need and more.  

Ask Jesus and HE will grace you and be with you.  

DEC. 12 – 2 COR. 12:9

12/12          2 Corinthians 12:9

9 Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.

WEAK

We are weak and overburdened.

Turn to Jesus.

We don’t know the future.

Return to Jesus.  

He will lead, guide and direct your path. 

He is full of forgiveness and has what you need: help!

DEC. 11 – 2 CHRON. 30:9B

12/11          2 Chronicles 30:9b

 For the LORD your God is gracious and merciful. If you return to him, he will not continue to turn his face from you.”

RETURN

Jesus calls: “Return.”

His mercy is new each morning.  

He calls us to keep short accounts on our sin and confess.

Come to Him.  

He is waiting on you, do not tarry.

Never ignore His grace, you need what Jesus gives us.  

Return to the Lord. 

He loves you. 

DEC. 10 – PS. 90:17

17 And may the Lord our God show us his approval and make our efforts successful. Yes, make our efforts successful!

BEND

Bend your ego to Jesus.  

Stop being the way you were.

Be what Christ calls you to be, holy and focused on Him.

Serve the Lord with gladness.

Count your blessings.

The Holy Spirit will equip you to do the right thing.  

Let the Lord have all of you.  

DEC. 9 – ROMANS 6:15

12/09          Romans 6:15

15 Well then, since God’s grace has set us free from the law, does that mean we can go on sinning? Of course not!

NO SIN

We are cleansed by the blood of Jesus.

He has set us free.

Walk in Him, walk in freedom.

Set aside the sins of the flesh.

The Holy Spirit will empower you. 

Do the next right thing.  

Jesus is truly Lord.

DEC. 8 – ROMANS 3:23-24

12/08          Romans 3:23-24

23 For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. 

24 Yet God freely and graciously declares that we are righteous. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins. 

NO

You are no longer in the bondage and the chains of sin. 

Christ has set you free.

In Him we are free indeed.

Claim your freedom.

Shout out to Jesus-Jesus free me from my habits.

Call me to Your side.

Help me Lord, I am Your child.

Holy Spirit fill me with Your strength,

So that I will walk in the freedom of Jesus.  

DEC. 7 – REV. 22:21

12/07          Revelation 22:21

“Look, I am coming soon, bringing my reward with me to repay all people according to their deeds.

REWARDS

Salvation is a gift from God.  

Jesus is our Lord and He gives salvation to all who ask Him,

From their heart and genuinely want Jesus to save them.

Rewards are gifts for the way we live our life.

A Jesus focused life is our call.

A Jesus serving life is our answer. 

DEC. 6 – EPHESIANS 2:8-9

12/06          Ephesians 2:8-9

God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. 

Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.

GIFT

God’s gift to you, His free gift is Jesus Christ. 

Jesus is Lord and He will set you free.

Focus on Jesus.  

DEC. 5 – MT. 6:14

12/05          Matthew 6:14

“If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. 

FORGIVE

Forgive those who hurt you and disparage you.

Forgive wicked parents.

Forgive society.

Forgive the one who has consistently hurt you and put you down.

Forgive and you will be forgiven. 

We reap what we sow.
