OCT. 25 – DEUT. 20:4

10/25          Deuteronomy 20:4

For the LORD your God is going with you! He will fight for you against your enemies, and he will give you victory!’

WITH

GOD is always with me.

I am filled with the Holy Spirit.

The same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives in me.

He will fight my fight.

He will win my victory.

Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, sweetest name I know.

He is Lord and He is Lord of me.

OCT. 24 – PS. 59:16

10/24          Psalm 59:16

But as for me, I will sing about your power. Each morning I will sing with joy about your unfailing love. For you have been my refuge, a place of safety when I am in distress.

SAVED

I am saved in Jesus.

He is always with me.

Going before me.

Guiding me.

Giving me light for living.

He is my refuge and strength.

Jesus is indeed Lord and He is Lord of me.

OCT. 23 – JER. 32:17

10/23          Jeremiah 32:17

“O Sovereign LORD ! You made the heavens and earth by your strong hand and powerful arm. Nothing is too hard for you!

WHAT?

What do you need for God to do?

He can do anything but lie.

What can the Lord God do for you?

Nothing can stop Him.

Nothing is too hard for Him.

Ask Him and He will do it for you.

OCT. 22 – JOHN 12:44-46

10/22          John 12:44-46

Jesus shouted to the crowds, “If you trust me, you are trusting not only me, but also God who sent me.

45 For when you see me, you are seeing the one who sent me.

46 I have come as a light to shine in this dark world, so that all who put their trust in me will no longer remain in the dark.

LIGHT

JESUS brings the light.

He is light.

When we belong to Jesus, we walk in the light.

Jesus gives us light to see the way we should go.

Jesus walks the way we should go with us.

He is Lord.

OCT. 21 – ROMANS 10:9-10

10/21          Romans 10:9-10

If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

10 For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved.

YOU

You will be saved if you choose Jesus.

He is the only way to God the Father.

He is Lord and we worship Him.

OCT. 20 – JOHN 14:6

10/20          John 14:6

Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.

FINAL

This is a final statement about salvation.

No one comes to the Father except in Jesus Christ.

Our Creator has decided.

This is His choice.

We choose Him or lose.

Period.

OCT. 19 – ROMANS 3:22

10/19          Romans 3:22

We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ. And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are.

YOU

You must believe to be saved.

Each person is responsible for their choice.

Choose Jesus not self.

You cannot save yourself.

Only Jesus can save you.

OCT. 18 – 1 JOHN 1:9

10/18          1 John 1:9

But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.

CONFESS

Tell Jesus.

Tell Him your heart.

Ask for forgiveness from Him.

He will forgive you.

OCT. 17 – EPH. 2:8-9

10/17          Ephesians 2:8-9

8 God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God.

9 Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.

GIFT

Salvation is a grace gift from God.

Jesus was the price for our forgiveness.

We believe in Him.

He died for us, was resurrected from the dead and

Is seated at the right hand of God interceding for us this moment.

Jesus is the reason we have salvation.

He calls us to die to self.

To live for Him.

He is Lord.

OCT. 16 – ROMANS 1:17

10/16          Romans 1:17

This Good News tells us how God makes us right in his sight. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith. As the Scriptures say, “It is through faith that a righteous person has life.”

FAITH

Our faith is faith in Jesus.  He died for our sin.  He paid a price we could not pay for us.  His life for each one of us and all of us.  We were dead in our trespasses and sin and made alive in Jesus Christ by faith.
