33 Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.
GODGod is intimately involved in our lives, in our needs, in who we are and what we are called to do.  He is with us.  He is helping us, guiding us and involved in everything in our life.  Seek Him and He will organize the hours and days of our lives. 

8/15                 Ezra 9:9
9 Though we are slaves, our God has not forsaken us in our bondage. He has shown us kindness in the sight of the kings of Persia: He has granted us new life to rebuild the house of our God and repair its ruins, and he has given us a wall of protection in Judah and Jerusalem.
CARES
God cares for you.  He cares for each one of us.  We are great sinners.  Jesus is the One who paid the price for our sin.  He LOVES each one of us as if we were the only one.  God cares for you.

I have heard all about you, LORD . I am filled with awe by your amazing works. In this time of our deep need, help us again as you did in years gone by. And in your anger, remember your mercy.

MERCY
Lord, I need mercy.  Help me.  I am overwhelmed by YOUR interest in my life.  Thank you Lord.

Restore us, O LORD, and bring us back to you again! Give us back the joys we once had!  

RETURN

Lord we get lazy and drift away.  Bring us back home to You.  Restore our joy.  Renew our peace.  Thank you Lord.

LORD, how great is your mercy; let me be revived by following your regulations.
159 See how I love your commandments, LORD. Give back my life because of your unfailing love.

MERCY

Mercy is great and grace is free.  Do things God’s way.  Jesus is Lord.  He gives us back our lives.

I have suffered much, O LORD; restore my life again as you promised.

PROMISE

Our Lord promises us that He will restore us.  He is for us.  He is a good and just God.  Praise the name of Jesus.  He is Lord.

In your unfailing love, spare my life; then I can continue to obey your laws.

LIFE

Lord, life is in You.  Spare me.  When You do I can continue to obey Your laws.  Thank You Lord.  Thank You.

I long to obey your commandments! Renew my life with your goodness.

RENEW

Lord, renew my life.  Jesus says that He is the way, the truth and the life.  We have real life in Him.  Life like God’s life.  Praise the Lord.  Our Jesus is Lord.

Turn my eyes from worthless things, and give me life through your word.

TURN

Discipline and God’s hand.  Both are necessary to turn us away from a worthless lifestyle to Jesus.  Turn to the Lord.  He will bless you and guide you in the way you should go.

Now restore us again, O God of our salvation. Put aside your anger against us once more. 5. Will you be angry with us always? Will you prolong your wrath to all generations?  6. Won’t you revive us again, so your people can rejoice in you?

CONFESSION

Lord, You are overflowing with mercy and forgiveness.  Forgive us.  Restore us.  We need You Lord.  We need You.
