06/28          Psalm 91:4-6

4 He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection. 5 Do not be afraid of the terrors of the night, nor the arrow that flies in the day. 6 Do not dread the disease that stalks in darkness, nor the disaster that strikes at midday.

COURAGE

My God protects me.  

He knows what I need and will provide it.  

Nothing will take Him by surprise.  He stands ready 24/7.

Do not fear, take courage, because you are a child of the King.

Jesus is Lord.  

06/27          Psalm 91:1-3

1 Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. 2 This I declare about the LORD : He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him. 3 For he will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease.

FOCUS

Do not focus on the difficulty or the chaos.  Everyone has a hard time.

Focus on Jesus.  He is Lord.  He loves you.  He is concerned for you. 

Anything you face, Jesus will be there to see you through.  
Nothing surprises Him.  He will not let anything destroy you.  

Focus on Jesus not the failures, disappointments or tragedies. 

Focus on Jesus.  

06/26          Psalm 121:7-8

7 The LORD keeps you from all harm and watches over your life. 

8 The LORD keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever.

ACTIVITY

I do not have to fear that the Lord will lose sight of me.

The activity of my life will not discourage or distract Him.  

The Lord God Almighty is my shepherd, my leader, my God.  

06/25          Psalm 121:5-6

5 The LORD himself watches over you! The LORD stands beside you as your protective shade. 6 The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon at night.

PROTECTION

God protects me.  I am important to Him. 

He is personally involved in my life, in my events, in everything I face. 

He guides me.  He lifts me up when I am down. 

He carries me through the hard times.  He is never far away.  

He is my God.  My Savior.  Jesus.  

06/24          Psalm 121:3-4

3 He will not let you stumble; the one who watches over you will not slumber. 

4 Indeed, he who watches over Israel never slumbers or sleeps.

REAL

My God, the Lord God Almighty is real.  

He knows everything about me.

He watches over me.  He never slumbers or sleeps.

He is never distracted.  He cares for me, deeply and eternally.  

  

06/23          Psalm 121:1-2

1 I look up to the mountains— does my help come from there? 
2 My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth!

NOTHING

I have everything I need in Jesus.  

He is Creator and Sustainer of all creation and all created things.  

He is my help.  He is my life.  

Jesus is God’s everything.  He loves me.

06/22          Psalm 23:5-6

5 You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies. You honor me by anointing my head with oil. My cup overflows with blessings.  6 Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the LORD forever.

PURSUE

The Lord will never leave me.  

He is my protector of my life.

His hand is on me and pursuing me.

I am with Him all the time because He chooses to be with me.  

Everything I am and have is from His hand.  

He is forever.  He will never forget me.  Nothing catches Him by surprise.  

He is Lord.  He is my Lord.  

06/21          Psalm 23:3-4

3 He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name. 4 Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me.

LOVE

The Lord, my shepherd loves me.

He renews my strength.

His hand, the Holy Spirit, guides me moment by moment. 

Nothing is hidden from Him.

I can talk with Him about everything.

His mercies are new each morning.  

I have nothing to fear, for My Shepherd protects and comforts me. 

The Lord is my shepherd.  

06/20          Psalm 23:1-2

1 The LORD is my shepherd; I have all that I need.  2 He lets me rest in green meadows; he leads me beside peaceful streams.

SHEPHERD

We are like sheep, always going astray.  The Lord is our Shepherd and He is guiding us in everything we do.  The Lord is a good, good shepherd.  Every thought He has towards us is a thought for good.  

  

06/19          John 10:26-30

26 But you don’t believe me because you are not my sheep. 

27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. 

28 I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one can snatch them away from me, 

29 for my Father has given them to me, and he is more powerful than anyone else. No one can snatch them from the Father’s hand. 

30 The Father and I are one.”

LORD

Jesus is Lord.  

He will protect us and salvage our lives for Himself.  

He is our protector, encourager and Savior.  

We belong to Him and He will never let us go.

He knows us.  He knows everything about us.  

Jesus is Lord.
