06/08          Psalm 12:5

5 The LORD replies, “I have seen violence done to the helpless, and I have heard the groans of the poor. Now I will rise up to rescue them, as they have longed for me to do.”

RESCUE

The Lord will rescue the poor and helpless.  Be sure you are on the Lord’s side when dealing with the homeless, those in prison and the helpless.  That includes the babies being aborted.  They are part of the helpless.  Reminder:  The Lord would that no one be lost, therefore His slow movement towards judgment does not mean He ignores sin.  Jesus is Lord.  

06/07          Psalm 5:11

11 But let all who take refuge in you rejoice; let them sing joyful praises forever. Spread your protection over them, that all who love your name may be filled with joy.

JOY

When we walk with the Lord, our life changes.

We do the next right thing.  

We learn to listen to Him.  

He will protect us, and fill us with joy. 

The joy of the Lord is your good.  

06/06          Proverbs 4:6

6 Don’t turn your back on wisdom, for she will protect you. Love her, and she will guard you.

LEARN

Learn God’s ways in His Word. 

Put it to work in your life with Jesus’ guidance.  

Wisdom will help us make good decisions.

Wisdom will equip us to deal with fear. 

Wisdom will guide us as we grow in Christ likeness.  

06/05          Proverbs 2:11

11 Wise choices will watch over you. Understanding will keep you safe.

WISE

Study God’s Word, it will make you wise in spiritual matters.

Study God’s Word to deal with today and every day.

God’s Word gives understanding and insight.  

God’s Word reveals God and connects us with Him in Christ.  

Be wise, your life depends on it.  

Trust the Lord Jesus, He will put your wisdom to work each day.  

Read God’s Word, meditate on it, and learn it;The Lord will see you through.  

06/04          Isaiah 41:10

10 Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.

STRONG

Be strong.  

Do not fear.

Our God is with us.  He is with you.  

He will give you His strength.

He will carry you in victory.  

06/03          Deuteronomy 31:6

6 So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the LORD your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.”

NEITHER

The Lord God Almighty is always with us and ahead of us.  

We walk with Him, follow Him, in His Victory Walk.  

The battle has been won and we are free.

Every day we choose to walk in freedom.  Or not.  

The Lord will neither fail you nor abandon you.  

He is your God.  Jesus loves you.  

06/02          2 Thessalonians 3:3

3 But the Lord is faithful; he will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one.

MORE

There is more than we can imagine going on in the spiritual realm.

We are here and now, time limited creatures.

We do not know what is going on in our own lives.  

Jesus is Lord and He knows all things including everything in our life. 

He loves us and willingly strengthens and fortifies us.  

06/01          1 Corinthians 10:13

13The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.

SERVE

Maturity is required for a normal Christian life. 

Recognize that life is a human experience that everyone living has.  

No one is exempt from chaos, pain, failure or evil.  

The Lord God Almighty-Jesus Christ- will stand with you.

He will not let you be overwhelmed.  

If you will ask and listen He will show you a way out.  

We live in Jesus’ victory.  Claim it.  Live it.  HE is Lord.  

05/31          2 Corinthians 5:7

7 For we live by believing and not by seeing.

BELIEVE

Though we do not see Him we believe. 

He is alive and seated at the Father’s right hand. 

We trust Him and seek to know Him better.  

Jesus our Lord is God.  

05/30          1 John 1:9

9 But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.

CLEANSE

Jesus is faithful. 

He cleanses us from our sin.  

When we confess to Him He forgives us and cleanses us.  

His forgiveness is complete each time He forgives us.  

Jesus is Lord.
