07/06   2 Peter 1:3

By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence.

NEED

We have everything we need in Jesus. 

We begin with Jesus.

We grow with Jesus.

We will end up with Jesus. 

Jesus is God’s everything.  

Praise His Holy Name.  
Jesus is Lord.

He paid our price.

We are complete in Jesus.  

07/05   1 Corinthians 10:13

The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.

DON’T

Don’t let the Evil One lie to you.  You belong to Jesus.  He is always faithful, for by grace are you saved!  Jesus is with you.  Jesus is for you.  Jesus saves you forever.  He will never leave you or forsake you.  You belong to Jesus.  

07/04   Psalm 73:26

My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart; he is mine forever.

NEVER

Jesus will never leave you.  He will be with you from this moment unto eternity.  He will never leave you.  

07/03   Philippians 4:13

For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.

FOCUS 

Focus on Jesus.  He will see you through.  Let Him have your undivided attention and He will show you how to live and what to do every day.  Jesus is Lord.  

07/02   Lamentations 3:22-24

The faithful love of the LORD never ends! His mercies never cease. 23 Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning. 24 I say to myself, “The LORD is my inheritance; therefore, I will hope in him!”

LORD

The Lord is our Creator, sustainer, and enabler.  We came from Him and He would that we return to Him.  His mercies are new each morning.  We live by His grace.  He is our Lord.  

07/01   Philippians 4:19

And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.

JESUS

Jesus is God’s everything.  We start with Jesus.  We stay with Jesus.  Call on Jesus.  He is Lord. 

06/30          Psalm 91:11-16

11 For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go. 12 They will hold you up with their hands so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone. 13 You will trample upon lions and cobras; you will crush fierce lions and serpents under your feet! 14 The LORD says, “I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name. 15 When they call on me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them. 16 I will reward them with a long life and give them my salvation.”

TRUST

Trust in the Lord.  He will save you.

Trust in the Lord.  He will protect you.  

Trust in the Lord.  He sends his angels to watch over everything you do.  

Trust in the Lord.  Life cannot destroy you.  

Trust in the Lord.  He will rescue you.  

Trust in the Lord.  Trust in the Lord.

06/29          Psalm 91:7-10

7 Though a thousand fall at your side, though ten thousand are dying around you, these evils will not touch you. 8 Just open your eyes, and see how the wicked are punished. 9 If you make the LORD your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter, 10 no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home.

STAND

Stand with the Lord. He will be with you through everything. 

Turn to the Lord, make Him your shelter.  Seek Him.

Spend time with Him.  Get to know Him better.  

When you stand with the Lord nothing will bend you down.

Jesus is Lord.  

06/28          Psalm 91:4-6

4 He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection. 5 Do not be afraid of the terrors of the night, nor the arrow that flies in the day. 6 Do not dread the disease that stalks in darkness, nor the disaster that strikes at midday.

COURAGE

My God protects me.  

He knows what I need and will provide it.  

Nothing will take Him by surprise.  He stands ready 24/7.

Do not fear, take courage, because you are a child of the King.

Jesus is Lord.  

06/27          Psalm 91:1-3

1 Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. 2 This I declare about the LORD : He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him. 3 For he will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease.

FOCUS

Do not focus on the difficulty or the chaos.  Everyone has a hard time.

Focus on Jesus.  He is Lord.  He loves you.  He is concerned for you. 

Anything you face, Jesus will be there to see you through.  
Nothing surprises Him.  He will not let anything destroy you.  

Focus on Jesus not the failures, disappointments or tragedies. 

Focus on Jesus.
